Then I ate a small bowl of granola with soy milk a few hours after. About an hour later I had a small piece of toast and a cup of mixed bananas and strawberries. Today I think I did well! When I woke up I made coffee with soy milk and a little raw sugar. рџ™‚ YUP! And like anything, each time you do the workout, you should be aiming to improve! I did the workout last week for the first time and I can already tell that IвЂ™m better this week at the same moves. If you donвЂ™t consider yourself a dancer, thatвЂ™s okay!!! Each move is broken down and thereвЂ™s a lot of repetition to ensure you are successful. If youвЂ™re a dancer, it is fast paced enough that you wonвЂ™t get bored AND you can put your own flare and spice on the moves. In this workout there are 8 of them and you repeat each move for phrases of 16 counts each. Today I did вЂњCrazy 8вЂ™s.вЂќ It is about 30 minutes long and for the first 20 minutes, Shaun T breaks down the moves.

Holy ABS!!! рџ™‚ The full 40 minutes went by in a snap and I am so proud that I didnвЂ™t miss a Monday! The best part about CIZE is that it doesnвЂ™t FEEL like a workout.

So much fun, that I decided to do the 8 minute ab series that follows each workout. 30 minutes later, I was having a blast, sweating, and wanting more.

It truly is hard to get back on that wagon once youвЂ™ve fallen off! I totally GET THAT! ThatвЂ™s why the support of my fitness groups is SO crucial! IвЂ™ve been going a little stir crazy without my usual routine! Regardless of the voices in my head, I put my DVD in the player and got to it knowing that my teammates were counting on me. I did a variety of workouts while on the go from PiYo to 21 Day Fix to walking the neighborhood, but my workout routine has been MIA since living MIA! And as much as I could tell you IвЂ™ve been itching to get back to it, I almost felt paralyzed from being so inactive. Knowing that I would be packing and moving, I decided to take the last two weeks and take it easy on my fitness. CIZE is a dance based workout program that was released by Beachbody this summer. ItвЂ™s officially been a week in California and the day IвЂ™ve been looking forward to since I finished round 2 of 21 Day Fix Extreme is here! Today is Day One of a new fitness journey- CIZE.
